What are the best toppings to put on your fries? Well to be honest, Bacon, cheese, & jalapenos!
We love to get them from fairs festivals bars etc. because we love to eat something crunchy & cheesy. Now to get fries you can use any kind of fries that you like to have, like waffle fries, crinkle fries, shoe string fries, seasoned fries, or steak fries. It even works better on tater tots! You can make them homemade or get them frozen! You can use any kind of can cheese sauce or you can make it at home! I have the recipe to make homemade fries & nacho cheese sauce & the links will be shown. In this recipe you will need....

Directions-
Cheese sauce-
Add cheese & cornstarch in a large bowl. Toss to combine & transfer to medium sauce pan.
Add evaporated milk & hot sauce. Add salt too.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly with a whisk until melted bubbly & thickened, about 5 minutes. Mixture will look thin & grainy at first but will thicken & come together after heating. Thin to desired consistency with additional evaporated milk.
Add jalapeno juice in it to get a little more flavor.
French fries-
Cook your French fries by following the directions on the bag or follow the homemade fries recipe (the link will be list on this post).
Once they're done, place them on a tray with a rack or plate with a paper towel to let them dry.
After they are dry, pour the cheese on top of your fries & add bacon bits & jalapenos on top too.
And Serve!
