This is India’s best fried chicken. Great flavor with different spices & tastes exactly like you eat it at an indian restaurant. It is also perfect to dip it in any curries.

 

Ingredients-

Main ingredients-

3 chicken thighs boneless (Cut into 2 inch long and 1 inch thick pieces)

1 tbsp Kashmiri chili powder

1/2 tsp garam masala

1/4 tsp ginger powder

1/2 tsp turmeric powder

1 tbsp coriander powder

1 tsp cumin

2 tbsp cornstarch

2 tbsp rice flour

2 tbsp Greek yogurt plain

2 tbsp ginger garlic paste

1 tbsp lemon juice

1/2 tsp salt

30 Curry leaves (divided)

3 cups vegetable oil

Garnish-

1-2 squirts lime juice

2-3 shakes ground red pepper (optional)

4 lime wedges

1-2 raw onion rings

Directions-

1. Get 10 curry leaves & shred them.

2. Get a cutting board cut your chickens into bite size pieces then put them in a bowl.

3. Add your all of the spices in a bowl where the chicken is in, including the shredded curry leaves, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, & yogurt. Mix them all together. Then add cornstarch & rice flour & mix them all together again.

4. Marinate your chicken In fridge for an hour or overnight.

5. Get your oil between 320 to 360 heat.

6. Cook 20 curry leaves for 30 seconds. Set them to aside.

7. Fry your chicken pieces by 1 to 3 batches depending what pan you’re using.

8. Fry them between 6-7 minutes. After they’re done. Set them on a paper towel & put the cooked leaves on top, add lime juice then shake some red pepper as a choice. And serve.
