Snack bar nacho cheese sauce recipe

Best seafood stuffed cod with lemon herb sauce

The taste is just like you’re on a cruise ship at a restaurant.


 

Ingredients-

Stuffing-

1/3 cup imitation crab meat chopped

1/3 cup extra small cooked shrimp chopped

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs

3 tbsp mayonnaise

3 to 5 shakes paprika

1 tsp Worcestershire

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/4 cup chopped white onions

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 squirt lemon juice

2 to 4 shakes parsley

2 tsp Parmesan cheese

Fish-

4 white fish

1 shake paprika (on each fish)

Lemon herb sauce-

2 shakes black pepper

4 tsps garlic salt

3 tsps rosemary & garlic seasoning

1 tbsp parsley flakes

4 tsp basil

1 tsp thyme

3 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp salt


Directions-

Stuffing-

In medium bowl, add in imitation crab, shrimp, salt, Italian bread crumbs, Worcestershire, chopped onions, black pepper, mayonnaise, garlic powder, paprika, parsley, & lemon juice. Mix them well.

Sauce-

Get a small bowl mix all the ingredients in the olive oil.

Baking-

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 9- x 13-inch baking dish with foil wrap.

Place fish fillets on a flat surface. Cut the fish in the middle to add seafood stuffing & add the stuffing in the middle. Place seam side down in prepared baking dish.

Bake for 25 to 27 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork, once it’s done add the lemon herb sauce on top by brushing to glaze each fish then lower the heat to 200 degrees F & let the fish sit in oven for 3 minutes, & serve. And drizzle sauce over fish as a desired.
