These boneless wings are really good & we eat them while we are watching sports on TV. They're even perfect for parties, tailgate parties, game days at home, & gatherings!
You can dip these wings in any kind of sauce that you enjoy eating & tasting the flavor, but dont forget your ranch or your blue cheese plus carrots & celery. You can use any kind of sauce you like for an example, I'm using "honey BBQ sauce" & "classic buffalo sauce" out of my recipes.
Wanna enjoy boneless wings at home without going to a bar, this is the recipe just for you.
Ingredients-
1 boneless chicken breast (boneless, skinless, cut into 1/2-inch strips)
1 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
1/3 tsp ground parsley
1 cup milk
1 large egg
canola oil
Servings- 1-2
Prep- 4 minutes
Chill- 20 minutes
Cooking- 6 minutes
Directions-
In a mixing bowl add in all the dry ingredients.
In a small bow mix in the milk & egg.
Dip each of your chicken strips into the egg mixture & then roll it in the seasoning & flour mixture.
Repeat the process a second time so that all of the pieces of the chicken have 2 coats, then transfer the chicken pieces to the fridge & allow them to chill for 20 minutes.
Once the oil is hot & the chicken is done chilling, fry the pieces in batches so that you don't overcrowd them in the pot.
Cook chicken for 5-6 minutes or until golden brown & the internal temperature reads 165F (74C).
Place the chicken pieces in a large bowl with any kind of sauce you want!
