They're almost like Mexican food except it has eggs sausage hash browns & cheese wrapped around just like what you get at McDonalds but theyre cooked better on the griddle. Example for the sausage & cheese, I'm using maple ground sausage & Monterrey cheese.
Ingredients-
Scramble eggs-
4 lg eggs
1 tbsp sour cream
Starch-
4 lg tortillas
2 cups hash browns
Meat-
1/2 lb sausage grounds maple, Italian, or regular.
Cheese-
1 cup shredded cheese Monterrey cheese, pepper jack, Swiss, or cheddar.
Servings- 1-2
Prep- 5 minutes
Cooking- 5-10 minutes
Directions-
Eggs-
beat your eggs & sour cream in a bowl by using a mixer until they're beaten fully.
Griddle-
Get your griddle on med-high heat & the first 2 things you need to cook are the ground sausages & hash browns. add a small amount of vegetable oil, add the sausage & hash browns.
Chop up your sausage & cook them until theyre fully cook. For the hash browns, add a very small amount of oil on top of the hash browns & make sure they are crispy & brown. Once they're done transfer them onto a plate.
Add your beaten eggs & make sure you cook them until they are fluffy & not brown. then take them off the griddle.
Burrito-
Low your griddle to low heat & warm the tortillas up just about 30 seconds.
Grab one of your tortillas & place it in the middle. Add your eggs in the middle of the tortillas, then add your hash browns & sausage, & sprinkle cheese on top.
Grab another tortilla & fold 2 tortillas, one end towards the center & fold the other end over.
Roll the bottom (the end nearest you) up towards the top. Make sure not to let the food squeeze out. then eat it up.
