Chicken fettuccine Alfredo


This dish has a great flavor of real Alfredo sauce & this is the right way of cooking chicken fettuccine Alfredo just like at a restaurant.


 

Ingredients-

Main ingredients-

Boneless Chicken breast (cut in half)

2 squirts Italian dressing

2 Pinches garlic powder

4 oz fettuccine noodles

Sauce-

2 tbsp salted butter

1/2 cup heavy cream

1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Pinch nutmeg

1/2 tsp minced garlic

1 tsp Parsley

1 tbsp pasta water

Salt to taste

Directions-

Chicken-

1. Cut your boneless chicken breast in half, then put a plastic wrap over them. Pound it a few times but not too flat. Put the chickens in a bag, marinade them with Italian dressing & a pinch of garlic powder. Shake them a little bit & put them in fridge for an hour.

2. Now grill the chicken breast on the grill on 350 degrees. Grill them until on both sides for 8 minutes.

3. Get a cutting board, & slice the chickens then set it to aside.

Pasta-

1. Boil your fettuccine pasta & set it to aside until ready.

Sauce-

1. Melt butter in a medium saucepan over low heat. Stir in cream & simmer for 5 minutes.

2. Add a pinch of nutmeg, l then add cheese & garlic. Add parsley whisk continuously until heated through. Add salt to taste. Now add in your cooked fettuccine pasta, tossed & & add pasta water to thicken the sauce & add chicken on top or tossed in with pasta. Then garnish with parsley.
