We all Enjoy Italian food, for an example Chicken marsala! The best Italian Cuisine ever!
So yummy & tasty. I like to use real Marsala wine instead of those fake cooking wines. Real marsala wine has a lot better taste. For this recipe you will need....

Important ingredients:
Marsala wine- Vanilla, brown sugar, stewed apricot and tamarind. Brings out the best flavor when cooking out the alcohol flavor.
extra virgin Olive oil- Very good for bread dipping & cooking. Offers an aromas, flavors and tastes. Very rich.
Sherry wine- It’s rich in flavor with notes of nutmeg or clove.
Oregano- Peppery herb that is pungent and sharp with a slightly bitter taste. Bold flavor with a nice flavor & heat.
Ingredients-
Meat-
3 boneless chicken breasts (cut in halves makes into 6) or 6 boneless chicken thighs
1 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp oregano
2 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp black pepper
pinch of salt
When cooking-
2 squirts Extra virgin olive oil
2 tsp chopped garlic
pinch of parsley flakes
Sauce-
1 cup marsala wine
1/3 cup sherry wine
2 tsp cornstarch
1 tsp parsley flakes
1/2 tsp chopped garlic
Sauté-
1 cup chopped mushrooms
1/2 cup chopped pearl red onions or sweet onions
few squirts olive oil
pinch of salt

Directions-
Prepping chicken-
Take your chicken breasts cut them in half & place them under a wrapper on top of the cutting board pound them as flat as you can.
Take the wrap off of the chickens then get a pinch of salt to salt them on both sides.
Breading-
For the breading get the flour, oregano, black pepper, garlic salt, & mix them all in.
Get a piece of chicken lightly coat the chicken both sides & place them gently on a plate.
Saute-
Add few squirts of olive oil on a med hot pan.
Get your chopped mushrooms & pearl red onions, place them on a pan allow them to cook nearly for 10 minutes, sprinkle them with salt, & make sure they're both soften.
Cooking-
Add olive oil on pan & the chopped garlic on medium heat.
add parsley flakes on bottom side down then lay it down on hot pan & then sprinkle the parsley on top.
When cooking, make sure to cook them at least 8 minutes on both sides or until its lightly brown.
Sauce-
Add the marsala & sherry wine & chopped garlic in a sauce pan at med heat.
Add cornstarch stir it around (If its not thick enough add 2 more cornstarch).
Make sure you simmer it for 10 mins so the alcohol will evaporate.
Once it thickens lower the heat at low temperature.
Add the chopped mushrooms & pearl red onions & sprinkle the parsley & pour that sauce all over the chicken.
