Fajitas are the most popular dishes in both USA Texas & Mexico including neighboring countries. Whats good is that it has lime & Fajita seasoning that i created without MSG, plus marinading is the best way to cook & it tastes way better. Don't worry about buying those fajita seasoning at a grocery store because I will show you the best way of mixing your seasoning & cooking your fajitas.
Ingredients-
Seasonings-
2 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp cumin
1 tbsp salt
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp red chili flakes
1 tsp smoked paprika
Vegetables-
1 white onion slices
1 green bell pepper slices
1 red bell pepper slices
Meat-
1 lb raw lg shrimp
1 lb boneless chicken breast (cut in half & slice) or 3 boneless chicken thighs (cut & slices)
Add ons-
few squirts lime juice on each bags of veggies & meat.
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil (when cooking)
Fajita seasoning few shakes in both bags of veggies & meat

Prep- 35 minutes
Cooking- 15 minutes
Directions-
Seasonings-
Get a small bowl & mix all of your seasoning together.
Marinading-
Get a separate bags marinate your shrimp chicken & veggies. Add few squirts of lime juice & few fajita seasoning shakes in each bags, then shake them up. Marinate them for 30 minutes in the fridge.
Cooking-
Get your griddle on high, then add extra virgin olive oil to cook, then add your veggies chicken & shrimp on the griddle add 1 more olive oil lime juice & few more shakes if needed. Cook them until the veggies are soften, & make sure the chicken is cooked all the way through & no more pink, & the shrimp pink, plus both will have a little dark spot.
Then take them off the griddle cut up the chicken on the cutting board & serve!
