Just like the olive garden from the past, Chicken Vino Bianco recipe is here. We all have enjoyed that delicious Chicken Vino Bianco entree & we all wished we could bring that back to the menu but that has never happened, expect the recipe of it is here.

Prep & cook- 1 hour 15 minutes
Ingredients-
6 boneless chicken breast flattened
2 fl oz olive oil
2 tbsp chopped green onions
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/2 cup sliced shallots
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 tbsp chopped garlic cloves
2 tbsp chopped parsley
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 black ground pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup butter (divided)
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup dry white wine (I used pinot grigio)
1 lb uncooked pasta
seasoned flour for dusting
Seasoned flour-
3 cups flour
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic salt

Directions-
Dusting the chicken-
Blend the seasoned flour ingredients all together.
Dust each chicken in seasoned flour then set them on a plate & make sure you repeat the same process over again.
Frying the chicken-
In large pan saute the pan with olive oil. Make sure the pan is on medium heat.
Place the chicken slowly on the pan & cook each chicken on both sides & make sure they're brown.
After they're done remove the chicken from the pan then place the chicken on a plate.
The sauce-
Add 2 tbsp butter to pan & let it melt.
1 tsp flour & spread it all around.
Add tomatoes, mushrooms, shallots, garlic, & green onions. Add red crushed pepper, salt, pepper, & parsley. Then saute them all together. And add remainder of butter.
Pour in dry white wine, & lemon juice.
Allow it to simmer then thicken.
Now place the chicken in the sauce.
Now serve with any type of pasta.
