Ingredients-
10-16 chicken tenderloins
1 cup buttermilk
1 tsp louisiana hot sauce
2 lg eggs beaten
2 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp dill seasoning
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 cornstarch
Servings- 4
Prep- 4 minutes
Cooking- 8 minutes
Directions-
Put the chicken tenderloins in the bowl & let them soak with buttermilk & louisiana hot sauce for an hour or more.
While marinating, mix your dry seasoning in the big bowl with the flour & cornstarch.
Get a small bowl with eggs & make sure to beat the eggs.
Dip each piece of chicken to the flour mixture then to the beaten eggs then back to the flour mixture & place them on a tray, but make sure to shake off the excess flour gently before placing them on a tray.
Heat your oil on 350 degrees F on your deep fryer or stove with oil. Fry the chicken into small batchs for 5-8 minutes or until golden brown. And make sure not to over cook it.
Now you can serve it with some dipping sauce.
