Ingredients-
Marinating-
1lb extra Lg deveined peeled shrimp
1 tbsp mustard
2 tsp ground cayenne pepper
Breading-
1/2 cup cornstarch
1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp onion powder
2 tsp salt
4 shakes ground red pepper
2 lg beaten eggs (when breading the shrimp)
Sauce-
1 cup medium buffalo wing sauce
2 drips chipotle tabasco sauce
1 pinch ground red pepper
1 pinch ground cayenne pepper
1 tsp mayo
Parsley to garnish (optional)
Servings-1-2
Prep- 35 minutes
Cooking- 4 minutes
Directions-
1. Get your shrimp in a bowl. Get a small bowl then in a small bowl add mustard & cayenne, mix them up.
2. Pour the mustard mix in the shrimp & mix them all up & let it sit in fridge for 30 minutes for marinating.
3. While they’re marinating, get a shallow bowl with a lid, put in flour onion powder & salt then combine them together. Now pull the shrimp out of the fridge, first bread them in cornstarch & next dip the shrimp into the beaten eggs then bread the shrimp by putting the shrimps into a bowl with the lid then shake them up & make sure they’re breaded really well.
4. For your sauce, get a small bowl put in the buffalo sauce Tabasco sauce, pinch of cayenne & pinch of red pepper. Then mix them up.
5. Set your oil on 350 degrees, let them cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
6. After they’re done, sauce them up! And as a choice, garnish with parsley!
