These Crawfish tails are amazing & just like crawfish etouffee, they will certainly give you a kick to it with a bite of a piece of fried crawfish tails. Jazz it UP!
These go really well with crawfish etouffee & you can combine them together.
Its super simple to make. All you need to do it batter it up then fry them!
Servings- 2 to 4
Prep & cook- 30 minutes
Ingredients-
1 lb crawfish tail meat
3 tsp Louisiana hot sauce
1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
2 tbsp cajun seasoning
1/2 garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 cup whole milk
Directions-
First Marinate the crawfish tails with Louisiana hot sauce in a bag & let it sit for an hour.
While its marinating, mix up all of the dry coating ingredients.
Be sure your oil is at 350 temp. medium heat.
Take the meat then dip the meat in the milk then to breading part then put it directly into the oil or place it on a plate if it's easier for you. Be sure you repeat the process over & over again.
Put each coating meat in the heated oil & allow it to cook for 3 to 4 minutes & make sure it is golden brown.
