Celebrate the Irish way especially for St. Patty's day with "Guinness bbq wings". Not only in wings this bbq sauce is great on beef brisket, beef ribs, chicken tenders, grilled chicken & pork ribs! It has a great smooth Guinness flavor in the sauce.

Ingredients-
BBQ sauce-
1 cup apple cider
1 cup ketchup
1 can Guinness draught beer
1 1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp cornstarch
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp regular salt
1 1/2 tsp ground mustard
1/3 tsp red pepper ground
1 tsp molasses
1 tsp hickory liquid smoke
4 tsp melted butter
Wings-
10-12 wings
1/2 cup cornstarch
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
Directions-
1. Pour all ingredients into a medium sized sauce pan, & bring to a boil.
2. Reduce heat & simmer for 20 - 30 minutes. Lower the heat at low heat then add cornstarch to thicken the sauce & allow it to thicken for 5 minutes.
3. After 5 minutes, set the sauce to aside to cool down.Serve immediately, or store in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
4. Preheat your oven at 400 degrees F then Bread your wings in a bowl by combining the four garlic powder pepper & cornstarch.
5. Bake your wings in the oven between 45-50 minutes.
6. After they're done, let your wings cool & sauce your wings & enjoy it.
