Ham & Swiss quiche is a French Cuisine, that everyone enjoys even when eating at a French Cafe.
It has the best egg texture in it with swiss & ham in it. You could eat this for breakfast, brunch, lunch, or dinner. For this recipe you will need....
Ingredients-
1 can evaporated milk (12 oz)
1 unbaked 9 inch (4cup volume) deep dish pie shell
1 cup (crumbled) sliced baby Swiss cheese divided
1 cup finely chopped cooked ham
2 green onions chopped
3 large eggs
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
Servings- 4-6
Prep-10 minutes
Baking- 1 hour
Directions-
Preheat oven 350 degrees
crumble & sprinkle 1/2 cup Swiss cheese, ham, & green onions in the pie crust.
Whisk in the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, & flour.
Pour the mixture in the pie crust & sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
Bake the pie in the oven for 45 to 50 minutes. Once its done take it out of the oven & set it down on the counter or stove then let it cool for 10 minutes. After it cools, Serve it!
