These chicken tenders have a really great flavor in them sauced in hickory & Morgan's Carolina Q sauce.
Ingredients-
Main ingredient-
8 chicken tenders
Breading-
1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
2 tsp dried parsley
1/2 cup cornstarch
2 tsp seasoned salt (divided)
1 tbsp mustard
1 1/2 tbsp hot sauce
3 beaten eggs (to dip the chicken tenders)
Sauce-
1 cup Morgan’s Carolina Q hickory sweet bbq
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/4 tsp onion powder
Directions-
Get a shallow bowl put in flour, dried parsley, salt, & seasoned salt & pepper.
Breading-
Get your tenders marinated by using mustard seasoned salt & hot sauce, mix them all together & let them marinate in fridge for 30 minutes.
Once they’re done marinated, take them out of fridge & take each tender dip them in cornstarch to coat, next dip them in beaten egg then put them in the flour mixture & then put them on a plate.
Frying-
Heat the oil to 350 degrees. Fry the chicken in small batches for 8 minutes, then dry the oil off of the tenders after they’re done either on tray.
Sauce-
Get your pan put the heat of low heat, add your Morgan Q, paprika & onion powder. Mix the seasoning all together in the sauce let it thicken for 2-5 minutes. Now put the chicken tenders in the pan to sauce them up.
