Just like Korean spicy pork belly from the recent recipe, I will show you how to make your own Korean spicy entree with this marinade recipe! You can cook this with pork shoulders or pork belly, seafood, chicken, beef, or just cook vegetables. All you need to do is marinade then ready to cook, stir fry meat or seafood & vegetables! In this recipe you will need.....
Ingredients-
1 tbsp gochujang
1 tsp gochugaru
1 tbsp raw sugar
1/2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp mirin
1 tsp sesame oil
2 tsp light soy sauce
2 sprinkles black pepper
1 tbsp minced garlic
Serving- 1-2
Prep- 1 hour 5 minutes
Cooking- 15-22 minutes
Directions-
Put any meat/seafood in a big bowl then add all the ingredients together. Mix them well.
Marinate the meat/seafood for an hour or overnight for more tenderness flavor.
And as an option you can sprinkle a little bit of gochugaru flakes on the meat or seafood.
