This Korean Dish is very simple to cook, & it'll feel like you're a master chef. You can also substitute the octopus with either shrimp scallops or squid or any other seafood, whats more delicious is adding rice cakes.
For this recipe you will need.....
Ingredients-
8 oz octopus tentacle
1 cup Korean rice cake
1 tbsp gochugaru
4 tbsp gochujang
1 tsp sugar
1 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp ginger ground
1 1/2 tbsp garlic minced
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp honey
1 cup chopped green onion
4 sliced onions
1 cup sliced carrots

16 oz octopus tentacle
2 cup Korean rice cake
2 tbsp gochugaru
8 tbsp gochujang
2 tsp sugar
2 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
2 1/2 garlic minced
4 tbsp soy sauce
4 tbsp honey
2 cup chopped green onion
8 sliced onions
2 cup sliced carrots (or shredded carrots)
Time- 20 mins

Directions-
Blanch the octopus in hot boiling water for a minute. Once they're blanched put them on a cutting board chop them up & put them in small bowl.
In a bowl mix in both wet & dry ingredients including sesame oil.
In a pan drizzle with sesame oil turn heat on med high heat. Add green onions & onions saute them together for about 2 minutes.
low the heat to med heat. Add carrots & rice cakes together again for 2 mins 30 seconds.
Pour the sauce in the pan mix it all up then add octopus saute it up for 2 mins.
Then serve it on a plate or season cast iron.
