It has the a delicious flavor of maple with a little spice of sriracha so It is sweet with a very small spice to it.

Ingredients-
Sauce-
2 tbsp unsalted butter
1 1/2 cup maple syrup
3/4 cup sriracha
1 tbsp granulated sugar
1/4 cup dark soy sauce
Wings-
1 lb wings
2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp mustard powder
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper ground
1 tsp onion powder
sea salt
black pepper
2-3 beaten eggs
Directions-
Maple sriracha sauce-
Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add maple syrup, sriracha, and soy sauce; whisk together until blended. Simmer until flavors combine, about 10 minutes.
Frying chicken wings-
Rinse wings under cold water then pat dry with paper towels & season with sea salt & black pepper, refrigerate for an hour.
In a shallow bowl, stir together flour & spices. Put the wings in flour mixture.
For the double breading, dip each wing in the beaten egg then put them in the flour mixture & bread them well.
In a large pot over medium heat, heat 2” oil until shimmering (about 350°) Working in batches, fry chicken until deeply golden and cooked through, 8 minutes. Fry your wings again second time fry your wings for about 4 minutes. And sauce your wings up.
