Sesame shrimp is one of my favorite American Chinese dishes either for a take-out or a dine in at a Chinese restaurant. It is sweet with an amazing, sweet flavor when you mix honey & soy sauce together. Sesame shrimp will never get old. So, with that I will show you a better way to save money.

Ingredients-
Marinade-
1 lb raw shrimp
1/2 cup cornstarch
1/2 cup rice flour
2 egg yolks whites
sauce-
1 cup honey
1/2 tbsp ketchup
1 tsp rice vinegar
1 tsp dark soy sauce
1/2 cup water
2 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp salt
2 minced garlic
coating-
3 tbsp cornstarch
frying-
1 cup vegetable oil
Directions-
Get your shrimp in a bowl, add the egg whites all in the bowl mix it all together.
Add cornstarch & rice flour & 2 tbsp water mix it all in then set it to the side.
After that coat the shrimp all over then get your pan or wok add your oil then set it medium heat then add few pieces of shrimp at a time & allow them to cook until golden brown.
For the sauce, heat your wok or sauce pan at low medium heat add garlic first for about 2 minutes make sure to spread them around.
After 2 minutes add honey, ketchup, rice vinegar, sesame oil, dark soy sauce, salt, & water.
Stir it until thicken at low heat. Once it thickens put your shrimp in the sauce to coat the shrimp. And dont forget Sesame seeds! Then serve.
