Sticky Chicken wings

These chicken wings are so sweet salty & delicious! very addictive too! Crunchy too!

Your family & friends will definitely enjoy.

If you wanna make this recipe heres what you will need...


 

Ingredients-

for the batter-

2 eggs

1/2 cup water

1/2 cup rice flour

1/4 cup cornstarch

1 tsp salt

1 tbsp sugar

1/2-1lb chicken wings


Sauce-

1 1/2 cup raw honey

1/3 cup soy sauce

2 tbsp black vinegar

1/4 cup minced ginger

6 cloves garlic (chopped)


Frying-

canola oil



 

Servings- 4-6

Prep- 4 minutes

Cooking- 24 minutes


Directions-

Batter-

  1. In big bowl beat your eggs then add water, rice flour, cornstarch, salt, & sugar mix them in,

  2. Add your chicken wings in a bowl with the batter & mix them in.

Sauce-

  1. Get your saucepan put it on medium heat, add all of your ingredients into the pan cook it until it thickens.

  2. Once it thickens, set it to aside.

Frying-

  1. In your pan have your oil at medium.

  2. Add 8-10 wings & fry your wings for 10-12 minutes,

  3. Take them out after 10-12 minutes & refry them in the oil for 3 minutes.

  4. Then after done frying pull them out of the fryer & set them on a paper towel.

Saucing your wings-

  1. Put your wings in the big bowl & add the sauce onto the wings then toss & turn them. And Eat them Up!
