Cheesecake is everyone's favorite dessert, especially with strawberries on top. Its made out of cream cheese, egg, vanilla, & sugar. We see these desserts at restaurants, grocery stores, cafe, dessert shops, & everywhere. Wanna save time & money?? well this is for you. Super easy to make! This recipe you will need...

Ingredients-

1 prepared graham cracker pie crust

2 8 oz cream cheese

1/2 cup sugar

2 eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

Sauce-

16 oz bag frozen strawberrie cut in half or in small pieces

1/3 cup sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract divided

Servings- 4-6

Prep- 6 minutes

Baking- 30 minutes

Directions-

  1. preheat oven 350 degrees.

  2. if cream cheese is hard, place in a bowl in microwave for 1 minute to slightly soften the cheese. (That way you won't kill your mixer when beating the cream cheese).

  3. in a large bowl add cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, & eggs, beat it with an electric mixer until smooth. Then pour in the ready-made crust.

  4. Put the cheesecake in the oven & bake it for 25 to 30 minutes.

Note: The cheesecake is done when the sides are puffed- The center will not be as puffed- It will be possible to jiggle in the center slightly but will not be runny.

Sauce-

  1. Get your frozen strawberries cut them in half or into small pieces. Then put 1 cup of strawberries in a saucepan, add sugar, 1/2 tsp of vanilla.

  2. Cook it on medium heat & stir them gently from time to time for about 25 minutes.

  3. Add 2 cups of strawberries & let them cook for 6-8 minutes at low medium. Then add 1/2 tsp of vanilla.

  4. After that set it to the side & now you're ready to pour your strawberry sauce onto the cheesecake.
