If you have had Indian food like tandoori chicken, how about trying tandoori chicken on a stick, as it’s officially called “tandoori chicken kebab”.
It’s got a really nice flavor with many different spices that are so addictive, you may wanna give it a try one day.

Baking- 25-30 minutes
Ingredients-
3 chicken thighs boneless
6 tbsp Yoghurt or curd
3 1/2 tsp Tandoori masala
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp chili powder Kashmiri
1-2 tsp minced garlic
2 tsp Ginger grated
1/8 cup Lemon juice
1 drip olive oil Red food coloring (optional)
1/3 tbsp chopped cilantro (optional)
Directions-
2. Cut the chicken fillet into cubes and add them to a medium sized bowl. Then, marinate the chicken with grated garlic, grated ginger, salt & pepper to taste, pour in the lemon juice & mix well. Then add in yogurt, cilantro, spices & red coloring. Marinate in fridge between 30 minutes up to 2 hours.
3. While the chicken marinates prepare the skewers. Soak skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent them from breaking when cooking.
4. Once the chicken has finished marinating, add cubes of chicken to each skewer. then place the chicken on a lined baking tray & cook in a preheated oven at 180C/360F for 25-30 minutes.
