Teriyaki sauce is very popular & we love to eat it even at a hibachi grill.
You can combine this sauce with meats poultry seafood & vegetables. Example- I’m using zucchini, carrots, bean sprout, mushrooms, extra firm tofu, egg, shrimp, & sea scallops.
Ingredients-
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp mirin sweet cooking wine
2 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp water
Directions- In small bowl, mix in the soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, mirin, cornstarch, & water then set it to aside until you’re ready to use it when stir frying. You can use this sauce to stir fry & combine your meats poultry veggies seafood & fish together at the end.
